Refund policy.

All of your payments (unless specifically stated otherwise)—including deposits, trials, events, coaching, or course payments —for all of our training, resources and coaching programs are non-refundable.

Why?

Two reasons.

Firstly, we don't sell pants.

We sell online products and training, that are full of over 20 years of knowledge, experience, and time. And that also comes with hours of our hands-on help, time, and energy.

And none of these things can be returned.

Secondly, because I know from personal experience how easy it can be to second-guess yourself and your instincts.

How those little voices can pop into your head and talk you out of doing "scary" things (when you know those scary things are going to help you achieve your scary goals)

How easy it is to say, “Oh, no, I don’t really need this”,  "I probably should keep trying to DIY it for a bit longer" or "Eek.. I'm so busy! Oops! Changed my mind!

So I’m doing the thing you are paying me to do.

I am helping you to keep your commitments by putting my foot down and saying, “Nope. None of that.”

If you buy a concert ticket and on the day you’re feeling crappy so decide not to go do you ask the performer for a refund? No. And if you did, what would they say?

I believe you should always treat other businesswomen how you would like to be treated.

I will respect your time. And I expect you to respect mine.

And respect the decision you already made, to invest in yourself, your business, and your future.

Any questions before you commit? Email hello@tykhe.com.au for a speedy response.

PS -  We are super proud of the value and quality of our programs, courses, and products. We've poured our hearts, soul, blood, sweat, and tears into them - seriously we cried learning some of these lessons in business, just so we can save you the tears (and the time).

But what we are trying to say is that we have done the work, but at the end of the day, the results you get are always going to be up to you. Up to whether you commit, you show up fully and you do the work.
